The scheduled time for departure is 11:00 h on the last day of reservation, if you plan to make the departure during office hours, you must notify well in advance

Upon arrival you must deposit a deposit whose amount and payment method varies depending on your accommodation and has been agreed in advance in the reservation contract
The deposit will be formalized by credit card making a pre-authorization, which will block the amount in your account, without being charged.
If the deposit you deposited by credit card, it will be unlocked, once the accommodation review has been carried out by Villajoyosa Eiendom SL staff, as long as no damage has been caused to the accommodation and it is in the same state as He delivered.
HOW TO CANCEL A RESERVATION

Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival, will result in the loss of 25% of the total payment of the reservation.
Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival, will result in the loss of 50% of the total payment of the reservation.
Cancellation less than 30 days after arrival will result in the loss of 100% of the total payment of the reservation.
In case of force majeure (damage caused by water, fire, natural disasters, etc ...) Villajoyosa Eiendom SL will replace the accommodation with a similar / better one, or in the worst case we will refund the full amount received.
There will be NO PAYMENTS if the client voluntarily gives up the rental before his stay is completed.
There will be no refunds of money if the client voluntarily desists before the end of the contract
